  3. PNaG – Policies, Negotiations and Government

    Your Terms of Reference include the ff:
  • 1. To study the general industrial policies and particularize them to suit legitimately the Ghanaian market
    2. To interpret local Government policies and make efforts to educate members for actions and inactions
    3. Intervene and liaise with appropriate sector ministries to negotiate positions for GATTA in industrial decision making
    4. Represent the interest of GATTA on incoming Airlines wishing to operate flight to and from ACCRA.
    5. Develop close relationship with the Parliamentary Select Committee on Tourism to present inputs on Bills affecting out industry.
    6. Do so within anything therein, to uplift GATTA’s professional image
    7. Present proposed working every quarter to the General council for adopting as a resolution.
 
 
         

 

 
    4. ReME – Revenue Mobilization and Enforcement

  • Terms of Reference
  1. 1. Identify loopholes in the current professional structure of GATTA
    2. Study the working ethics of the Ghanaian operator
    3. Prepare a Staff re- certification committee to uplift and give the real picture of the working force that GATTA has.
    4. Assign certification code number to all such staff and keep them in the GATTA data base for disciplinary and promotional purposes.
    5. Collaborate with Ghana Tourist Board on GATTA’s “ground breaking” agreement on inspection and licensing to effectively enforce operational laws
    6. Look for avenues to make GATTA’s financial standing very strategic and strong.
    7. Do so within anything therein, to uplift GATTA’s professional image.
    8. Present proposed working every quarter to the General council for adopting as a resolution.
